In today's hectic period, small gardens have become a "recreational and recreational function" and have gained in importance. In our small garden you can relax from the hectic everyday life.
Costs
Our range of varieties offers some free leaseholds:
- Annual rental costs / m²: € 7,80
- Annual operating costs (garbage, snow clearing, lighting): € 330,00
- Annual tourism tax: is collected once a year by the community Scharnstein. For more information, please contact the community directly.
- Annual cable TV costs € 72,00
- Electricity: 0,30 / kWh (according to the electric meter)
- Water according to the tariff classification of the community Scharnstein (according to the water meter)
For a fee:
- Internet, lawn mowing, object cleaning
One-time opening fee for water, channel, cable TV and street: € 4600,00
All properties are equipped with water, channel, cable TV and electricity, and can be used all year round due to their area (leisure). Wooden houses / mobile homes may be built and caravans with carport can be parked permanently.
The small species can be inherited with the object etc. on it. The object can be resold by the owner of a second home. When the property is sold, a new lease is created with the new owner.

Fam. Korbstein"My passion for fly fishing led me and my wife to the campsite for the first time with the camper. Meanwhile, we have created a second home. Fam. PenzIn 2007, we were looking for a parking space in the whole of Upper Austria. We wanted to try out for a year, whether or not permanent camping is a thing of the past. Camping Schatzlmühle was one of the last places we visited. And already at the entrance was our impression: It is beautiful. That same day we agreed. One year has now become 10 years. And hopefully many more years will follow. We never regretted the decision. Here is the place where we can recharge the batteries at the weekend. Here is our haven of peace and serenity. Here we meet friends in a social circle. And here we often spend our whole vacation, if it is not necessary to be on the seaside again.
