Camping in Almtal  - The Almcamp for the entire family

OPENING HOURS

Our campsite is open from March to November.
 

PITCHES

• 50 pitches (also for seasonal use)
• 5,000 m² meadow place in forest edge position (also suitable for camp for larger groups)

Our standard pitches are approx. 100 - 120 m² in size, have a 16 amp power connection and are limited by shrubs. During the warm season 2 drinking water collection points are available in the campsite. Our comfort seats are additionally equipped with cable TV, electricity and channel connection.

DOGS

Are most welcome. A dog-sacking station is available.

SANITARY

Many regular guests are enthusiastic about the modern and well-kept sanitary facilities (use of the showers without coins), which is handicapped accessible and generously equipped. Other facilities: 1 disabled shower + WC as well as family shower with baby wrap.

GASTRONOMY

Sun, mountains, the sound of alpine pastures and birdwatching, good traditional food and drink, ice cream, cocktails, fine wines (with advice of a sommelier) and homemade pastries await you in the rooms of our guest house, on our sheltered terrace or on hot days in our restaurant next to the Alm river.

CHILD FRIENDLY

Children can have fun on our adventure playground with a large sandpit, climbing frame, swings, rockers, slides. All toys are TÜV-tested and on the ground were put fall protection plates. More offers: table tennis, basketball, fire places, canoeing, bathing on beautiful sandbanks in the river Alm. In the games room our little guests will find a large supply of games / mascots, dolls, games, puzzles and books.

STAY AND TRAVEL

Use the space for a cozy get-together among campers, friends and / or your children. You can exchange information and experiences during your stay in a convivial round, with food and games. For a comfortable TV hour or the latest news a TV is available. Further we offer you a football table and a darting machine.

DISH / WASH / IRONING / DRYING ROOM

Here you have the possibility to wash your dishes in 5 sinks in a clean atmosphere. Contaminated laundry can be washed and dried (washing machine, dryer are provided, as well as devices for hanging the laundry). Wet clothing or shoes can be hung in a well-heated drying room.

SHOPPING STORE

In the shop you can buy daily products (also on weekends) during the opening hours products of daily necessities, ice, beverages. In the morning you can order fresh pastries for breakfast.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Connection to the Almtalbahn: The train station "Viechtwang" is only a few minutes' walk away from the camping site - direct connection to Wels (easy travel to Salzburg or Vienna). The regular bus service (Scharnstein-Kirchdorf, Grünau-Gmunden) stops 800 meters away.
