Ice skating on the lake Almsee in Upper Austria - this is meditation pure on mirror-smooth, frozen water surface, surrounded by deep snowy forests and mountains. The ice attracts skating fans and walkers who sometimes observe under the ice surface even carp, trout and perches. If there is no natural ice available at the moment, the ice arena is located in Gmunden, 15 km away.

Nature ice skating rinks at the guest houses and the ice-skating club (500 m from the campsite) invite you to enjoy this convivial pleasure.

In favorable weather, the alpine lake is also available as a natural ice surface.
